You’ll ship production software with coding agents in your everyday toolkit. That means breaking work into clear pieces, writing the specs and guardrails agents need, and reviewing every result with a senior engineer’s judgment. Your first programming language doesn’t matter much to us. Models are already good at syntax. We care about the engineering underneath: how you break down a problem, draw boundaries, move data through a system, decide what to leave out, and separate a plausible answer from a correct one. Bring that judgment and you can learn the stack.

what you bring

7+ years of professional software engineering experience and advanced English

Hands-on production experience with Claude Code, or an equivalent coding agent

A sharp eye for agent-written code, especially work that reads well but fails under scrutiny

Systems thinking across data models, boundaries, failure modes, and trade-offs. You can learn a language as needed; we care more about your engineering decisions than your current stack
