Agentic Engineer
duties
You’ll ship production software with coding agents in your everyday toolkit. That means breaking work into clear pieces, writing the specs and guardrails agents need, and reviewing every result with a senior engineer’s judgment.
Your first programming language doesn’t matter much to us. Models are already good at syntax. We care about the engineering underneath: how you break down a problem, draw boundaries, move data through a system, decide what to leave out, and separate a plausible answer from a correct one. Bring that judgment and you can learn the stack.
