cult of coders, since 2015

we started with code. we stayed for the people who depend on it.

what still matters to us

  1. the work

We build web and mobile products for people with something real at stake. When the software matters to their business, it matters to us.

  2. the code

We grew up in open source. Sharing what we learn made us better engineers, and it still keeps us honest.

  3. the promise

We want clients to feel that someone capable is in it with them. Honest answers, visible progress, and no disappearing when the work gets hard.

  4. the people

Most of our senior engineers grew here. We hire for potential, teach generously, and stay long enough to see one another become excellent.

how we treat the work and each other

say the honest thing

Respect starts with the truth, especially when it is inconvenient.

stay teachable

We change our minds when the work proves us wrong.

be there when it gets hard

A promise matters most after the easy part is over.

keep going until it makes sense

"I don't know yet" is where the work begins.

make room for each other

We do better work when nobody has to prove they are the smartest person in the room.

put your name on it

If it ships, it carries our judgment as well as our code.

good work starts with a conversation
