the challenge

DMB UK Construction has been on site since 2013 and, in their own words, built their reputation entirely through repeat business and referrals. That holds right up until a contract manager or a homeowner looks them up and finds nothing to judge.

One company serving two buyers who share almost no vocabulary: envelope packages priced by main contractors, and loft conversions bought by the family living underneath them.

  • Keep the domestic side plain enough for a homeowner to follow.
  • Let twelve years of finished work do the arguing.
  • Put a quote request within reach of every screen.

our solution

Design and build, end to end.

The site opens dark and envelope-led, carrying the four numbers a buyer checks first: twelve years on site, a hundred projects delivered, five key partners, nationwide coverage. Navigation splits at the first real decision, Commercial or Domestic, so neither audience has to read the other one’s page.
Commercial spells out the specification: complete cladding systems, traditional zinc standing seam and flat-lock, single-ply and Bauder Thermofol membrane roofing, curtain walling and structural glazing support. Domestic covers loft conversions, extensions, kitchens and bathrooms, staircases and joinery, doors and windows, plastering, flooring and decorating.
Both sides carry a project portfolio. VIE Building Manchester, LIDL Luton, Wimbledon Arena, Elephant & Castle: each one opens a photo gallery instead of a paragraph. A clients page names the partners the work is delivered under (FK Group, FK Rezolv, FK Facades, AVTEK, CMS Systems), which is the reference a main contractor actually asks for. Request a Quote sits in the header on every page, and the contact form asks for the programme, drawings and site constraints rather than a name and a message.
